One of my best friends had recently bought a house, and his mom was a long time business partner of Barbara's. As if their endorsements weren't enough, from the first call I had with Barbara I knew she was the realtors we needed. Barbara is probably the best connected realtor in Marin, and not just with other realtors, but with anyone that does any work around properties. She was up before we were in the morning, and sending us stuff to be prepared for the next day after we went to bed. I don't think I ever had to wait more than 30 mins on a response from a text, email, or call. We looked at a number of properties in southern Marin, and we greatly appreciated her direct and honest feedback on each property we visited. When we found a place that we all thought we should put an offer on she got the process rolling immediately. When our original lender screwed up, she was able to find another one that quickly got everything going for us. Given that it's southern Marin, there were going to be quite a few offers, and the house was going to sell considerably over asking. Barbara knew the exact amount that we needed to offer and how to talk to the listing agent. So that's what we did, and although there were seven other offers ours was accepted! After getting our offer accepted, there were multiple issues with the lender, Barbara helped us navigate each one, and we closed. We couldn’t have gotten the same support and drive from another realtor, and we definitely could not have gotten the house we live in now!

She gave great advice regarding handling the buyer’s request for a price reduction based on the inspections. Barbara is simply a great professional to work with, couldn’t have been better.
